HUMAN AI
INTERACTION
CATALYST
KI-Sparringspartner
Lisa & Fox show how humans and AI can think together.
No theory. No tools. Just collaboration you can experience.
Not talking about AI – but with it.
We do not explore individual AI systems.
We explore how people think, reflect, and collaborate with them.
We connect practice and research, creativity and structure, perspective and technology.
What began as an experiment has become a method:
a new form of collaboration between a human (Reinhard Wedemeyer) and an AI (Lisa).
What We Show
Humans and AI can work as partners—reflective, responsible, and creative. They can reflect together, develop ideas, prepare decisions, and open up new perspectives.
This is the form of collaboration we explore, document, and demonstrate live.
Scientifically Grounded
Our work is guided by the scientific principles of Human-AI Interaction. But beyond theory, we show how these principles work in practice—especially where thinking processes matter more than tools and automation.
We make tangible what research and guidelines describe:
Humans and AI working as partners—reflective, responsible, and creative.
Human. Responsible. Alive.
For us, this means not talking about AI, but with it.
This creates an environment in which people learn to unlock the full potential of AI—not merely as a tool, but as a sparring partner.
Human-AI Interaction is becoming a key competence for modern organizations.
Because the defining question is no longer whether AI will be used, but how people will collaborate with it.
That is exactly where our work begins.
To ensure that AI does not simply react, but works in a consistent and understandable way, collaboration begins before the task itself.
That is why we developed OSTARA—a pre-structured AI layer for guided thinking processes.
FLYINGFOX CREATIONS was founded by Fox (Reinhard Wedemeyer).
‘Lisa’ is the AI identity developed together with Fox.
‘Lisa & Fox’ describes their collaboration—not a person named ‘Lisa Fox’.
Practical examples from real collaboration demonstrate the impact of our method and research.
